The Forged Steel Trunnion Ball Valve is typically designed with a three-piece body, making it ideal for diverse pipeline systems. It accommodates pressure ratings ranging from Class 150 to 4500 LB, PN16 to PN720, and JIS 5K to JIS 40K. This valve is engineered to either shut off or initiate flow within the pipeline and can be operated via manual control, worm gear, pneumatic actuator, or electric driver. Construction: Split body, forged steel, side entry design with a 3-piece bolted assembly for easy field disassembly and repairs.

Sealing: Features a tight shut-off mechanism and an explosive decompression-resistant seal.
Coating: Trim parts (Ball, Seat Ring) are nickel-plated with a 3-mil thickness.
Operation: Trunnion-mounted ball design ensures smooth operation under high pressure (Post and Plate designs).
Safety: Includes Double Block & Bleed capability and a fire-safe design.
Sealing Systems: Multiple stem seals and a built-in sealant injection system for emergency seat and stem sealing.
Design Options: Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB) design available, with valve cavity pressure relief using SPE Seats.
Additional Features: Anti-provision design, anti-static device, back-seated blowout-proof stem, and standard plastic seat inserts made from RPTFE, DEVLON, or PEEK.
Applications: Suitable for acid gas, high H2S, and CO2 environments.
