Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve - Features
The three eccentric (offset) design features three distinct offsets that enhance the valve's performance. The first offset occurs when the shaft is positioned away from the centerline of the sealing face. The second offset involves the shaft being deviated from the centerline of the pipe and valve. The third offset is the unique angle between the oblique taper of the eccentric seat and the centerline of the pipe, ensuring that the seat completely disengages from the sealing ring during the entire opening and closing process. This design leverages the cam effect, effectively eliminating the risk of abrasion and leakage.
