Detail Information
High Temperature Ball Valve
For pipelines operating at extremely high temperatures, soft-seated ball valves are unsuitable as the high temperatures can cause the soft seats to melt. In such cases, metal-seated ball valves are essential. Metal seats are designed to withstand high temperatures and maintain reliable performance in extreme conditions, making them ideal for high-temperature media applications.
We manufacture the following ball valve
High Temperature Metal Seated Ball Valve.
SIZE RANGE AND PRESSURE CLASS
Size from 2 Inch to 36 Inch (DN50-DN900)
Pressure from 150LBS to 1500LBS (PN16-PN240)

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Available in Reduced Port or Full Port configurations
- Optional extended bonnet for high-temperature applications
- Precision-machined external stem bearings prevent radial movement, reducing packing wear
- Extensive stuffing box with dual anti-extrusion rings ensures packing stability and eliminates leak paths
- Tested to MSS-SP-61, API 598, ISO 5208 for Class V or VI shutoff
- Ball and seats are mate-lapped for 100% sealing area contact, ensuring absolute shutoff
- Fire-safe design compliant with API 607 5th & 6th Editions
- The ball protects the seats from flow when open or closed, minimizing wear on sealing surfaces
- Seat spring, combined with line pressure, provides constant mechanical force and accommodates thermal expansion
- Each valve undergoes individual testing before shipment
- All pressure-containing components meet or exceed ASME B16.34, ASME Section VIII standards, and API 6D
