Three Eccentric Butterfly Valve

The three-eccentric laminate hard seal flange butterfly valve is designed for long-lasting performance and energy efficiency. It utilizes a three-dimensional core principle for its structure, featuring a valve seat with a laminate stainless steel and graphite composition that combines hard and soft sealing properties. The valve's construction includes the valve body, butterfly disc, laminate seal as the valve seat, valve stem, and transmission mechanism. This advanced technology and precise manufacturing make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including metallurgy, power generation, petroleum, chemical industries, air, gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage systems.

Three Eccentric Butterfly Valve-Features

The three-eccentric (or offset) design features three distinct eccentricities:

First Eccentricity: The shaft is offset from the centerline of the sealing face.
Second Eccentricity: The shaft is offset from the centerline of both the pipe and the valve.
Third Eccentricity: There is a specific angle between the oblique taper of the eccentric seat and the pipe's centerline, ensuring that the seat completely disengages from the sealing ring throughout the opening and closing process.

This design leverages a cam effect to minimize abrasion and prevent leakage by ensuring that the seat and sealing ring do not come into contact during valve operation.
